Accordingly the terms of trade differ also. Please understand that you might have to adhere to certain rules, laws, regulations and specifications regarding the import, purchase and transport of said vehicles or goods such as import/customs tariffs, special considerations on used goods, environmental regulations and the like. Inquire with your regional trade officials vis-a-vis any restrictions, taxes or tariffs which may be applicable to the import of foreign vehicles/goods in your country or region. Tradesol it's partners, principals, promoters and agents, are not and cannot be held responsible or liable for said regulations, taxes and/or tariffs.
	The laws, rules and regulations governing transactions entered into whether vis-a-vis this site, telephone, fax, email or other means , any orders or contracts entered into, correspondence and general ancillary activities pertaining to the business or businesses engaged or entered in by the principals and clients, both within and without, will be the applicable laws governing said transactions in effect in the nation of Japan at the time period of the transaction or transactions therein. Whereas if said Japanese laws, rules and regulations are repealed, updated or major changes occur therein the transaction or transactions entered into therein will take cognizance of said changes and confirm to the laws, rules and regulations as may be applicable.
